Cement and Gypsum Group: Product Range and Packaging

Cement and gypsum-based products form the backbone of our construction materials exports. Our portfolio covers the essential building chemicals that construction sites use every day, led by portland cement, plaster adhesive and satin plaster. All products are sourced from Turkish factories that operate to production standards and are audited on a regular basis. Depending on order volume, we offer single-product or mixed-load options.

Packaging is planned around the buyer's storage and distribution setup. Standard 25-kilogram bags suit retail and dealer channels, while big-bag packaging is preferred for large construction sites and bulk consumption. Palletized and shrink-wrapped shipments protect the goods from moisture during the sea voyage and allow fast handling. Labeling and pallet configuration are agreed in advance based on the unloading infrastructure at the destination port.

The strength of Turkish building materials in international markets comes from the combination of production scale and logistical position. Türkiye is one of the world's leading producers of cement and gypsum, and proximity to raw material sources ensures stable supply. Short overland distances to Black Sea ports push the total delivered cost below many competing origins. As a result, our buyers obtain competitive terms without compromising on quality.

  • Portland cement: for general construction and infrastructure projects
  • Plaster adhesive: for drywall and interior wall applications
  • Satin plaster: for fine surface finishing and pre-paint preparation
  • Packaging options: 25 kg bags, big-bag, palletized and shrink-wrapped shipment

Food Products: Olives, Chocolate and Packaged Foods

Our food exports cover olives, chocolate and a wide range of packaged foods. Turkish olives, with varieties from the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, are in demand for both table use and industrial processing. In the chocolate and confectionery group, we work with manufacturers that have export experience and operate under international food safety systems. For packaged foods, we build a product mix tailored to the buyer's market together with the buyer.

Shelf-life management sits at the center of food shipment planning. Goods are loaded from fresh production batches so that sufficient selling time remains in the destination market. Labeling is prepared in the language and under the regulations of the target market; ingredient declarations, origin information and date formats are adapted to the requirements of the destination country. This preparation prevents delays at customs and on the shelf from the very start.

A significant share of the food products in our portfolio can be transported without a cold chain. For temperature-sensitive items, however, season, route and transit conditions are assessed together; chocolate shipments during the warm months of the year, for example, are arranged with appropriate stowage and insulation planning. This approach preserves product integrity without incurring the cost of refrigerated equipment. Before every loading, the transport plan is shared with and confirmed by the buyer.

  • Table olives: black, green and stuffed varieties
  • Chocolate and confectionery: single-serve and family-size packaging
  • Packaged foods: pulses, pasta, canned goods and snacks
  • Labeling in the target market language with regulation-compliant ingredient declarations

Cleaning Products: Household and Professional Lines

Our cleaning products group ranges from household consumer items to professional and industrial lines. Laundry and dishwashing detergents, surface cleaners, personal hygiene products and general-purpose cleaning chemicals are the main items in the portfolio. The manufacturers in our supply network are facilities proven both in the domestic market and in exports. In product selection, we guide buyers according to their channel structure, whether they are a retail chain, a wholesaler or an institutional customer.

Eco-friendly formulas are becoming increasingly important, especially for buyers serving environmentally conscious consumer segments. Biodegradable ingredients, phosphate-free formulations and reduced-plastic packaging options can be offered on request. These products also provide an advantage in terms of compliance with environmental regulations in the buyer's market.

For buyers who want to grow their own brand, we offer private-label production. Formula, fragrance, packaging design and label language are adapted to the buyer's brand; minimum order quantities are clarified per manufacturer. This model allows distributors to build brand equity in their own markets while preserving the cost advantage of Turkish production. We coordinate every step from the first sampling round to serial production from a single point.

  • Household line: detergents, softeners, surface and glass cleaners
  • Professional line: industrial kitchen, hotel and facility hygiene products
  • Eco-friendly options: biodegradable ingredients, phosphate-free formulas
  • Private label: formula, packaging and label adaptation under the buyer's brand

Quality and Certification

In export, documentation is as important as the goods themselves. For every shipment, certificates of origin, conformity documents and, depending on the product group, health or analysis certificates are prepared in full. For food products, health certificates and, where required, halal certification are added to the file; for building materials, declarations of conformity with the relevant standards are included. The customs and technical regulation requirements of the destination country are clarified together at the order stage.

The manufacturers we work with are facilities whose quality management systems are audited regularly. Before a new supplier is added to the portfolio, its production conditions, certification status and export track record are evaluated. This pre-screening ensures that our buyers encounter the same standard in every batch.

For buyers who request it, we organize pre-shipment inspection. Through independent inspection companies, quantity, packaging and product quality are verified at the loading point, and the report is shared with the buyer before shipment. This practice builds confidence especially on first orders and lays the groundwork for long-term cooperation.

  • Certificates of origin and conformity documents standard with every shipment
  • Health certificates for food, declarations of conformity for building materials
  • Work with audited manufacturers and supplier pre-screening
  • Independent pre-shipment inspection on request

Our Logistics Advantage: Our Own Black Sea Routes

What sets us apart from a conventional export company is the cargo routes we operate ourselves on the Black Sea. We have established regular sailings on the Karasu–Rostov, Ünye–Temruk, Bartın–Sochi, Marmara–Temruk and Marmara–Kavkaz routes. We plan ourselves when the goods are loaded on board, without depending on the schedules of third-party shipowners. For our buyers, this means a more predictable delivery calendar.

We shape the delivery model around the buyer's infrastructure. For buyers who prefer to take delivery at the port and have their own customs and distribution setup, a port-to-port solution is the most efficient path. For buyers who do not want to build logistics in the destination country, we offer door-to-door service and also organize inland transport after customs. In both models, the boundaries of responsibility and the cost items are stated clearly in the offer.

For buyers who cannot reach full vessel-load volumes, we offer consolidation. Different orders heading to the same route are combined in a single sailing, so small and medium-sized buyers also benefit from the cost advantage of our own routes. This model is particularly suitable for distributors entering a new market with a trial order.

  • Karasu–Rostov
  • Ünye–Temruk
  • Bartın–Sochi
  • Marmara–Temruk
  • Marmara–Kavkaz

Target Markets: Russia, the Black Sea Basin and the CIS

Our geographic focus is Russia and the Black Sea basin; our own vessel routes serve these markets directly. Through the ports of Rostov, Temruk, Sochi and Kavkaz, we provide access to the southern regions of Russia and to inland distribution networks. Other countries on the Black Sea coast and connected CIS markets are also within our working area. Our Russian-speaking team communicates with buyers in these markets quickly and without intermediaries.

The structure of demand differs by product group. In building materials, demand moves in parallel with construction and renovation activity in the region and rests on steady, high-volume purchasing. In food, Turkish olives and confectionery are recognized and sought-after items, while in packaged foods the price-quality balance is decisive. In cleaning products, we see interest both in established brands and in private-label solutions.

We use our market knowledge not only to sell but also to guide our buyers. We share our experience on questions such as which packaging size suits which channel, which documents are requested at customs and in which seasons demand concentrates. Our aim is not a one-off sale but to accompany the buyer's growth in their own market.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Our price offers are transparent and itemized. Components such as the cost of goods, packaging, inland transport, port charges, freight and insurance appear separately in the offer, so the buyer knows exactly what they are paying for. We price inquiries within the same day; direct access to current supply and freight data makes this possible.

The scope of the offer changes with the chosen delivery term. Under an EXW offer, the buyer collects the goods at the factory and manages all logistics; under FOB, we hand over the goods loaded on board at a Turkish port. With the CIF option, freight and insurance up to the destination port are included under our responsibility; under the DAP model, we carry the goods all the way to the address specified by the buyer. Thanks to our own vessel routes, we price the freight in-house in CIF and DAP offers and eliminate intermediary commissions.

For payment, we work with the established methods of international trade. Bank transfer (T/T) is the most practical route in regular business relationships, while a letter of credit (L/C) provides bank security to both sides, especially in first transactions. The payment plan is agreed mutually according to order size and the maturity of the business relationship. All terms are set out clearly in the contract.

  • EXW: ex-works delivery, logistics handled by the buyer
  • FOB: delivered loaded on board at a Turkish port
  • CIF: freight and insurance included, up to the destination port
  • DAP: door-to-door delivery to the buyer's address
  • Payment: bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C)
